Your responsibilities:

Clarification of order-specific details in dialog with internal departments and customers
Independent planning of smaller projects (cost, time planning, resource requirements, project milestones)
Development of work packages with the internal Systems Engineering and Integration departments
Supervision and control of material inflow and initiation of material movements
Preparation and support of virtual customer appointments as well as face-to-face events (design reviews, acceptance meetings and deliveries)
Preparation of deliveries and creation of shipping documents
Independent processing of delivery transactions
Collaboration on project reporting

Your profile:

Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, completed training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Strong communication skills and coordination skills for the professional performance of the interface function between internal departments, domestic customers and logistics partners
Confident handling of the MS Office product range
Previous knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Willingness to travel occasionally
Good knowledge of German and English
