We are on the lookout for a diligent and experienced SAP Services Monitoring and Support Specialist to bolster our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our SAP services. Working closely with the developers and cross-functional teams, you'll monitor, troubleshoot, provide timely support for our SAP landscape, and finally suggest improvements to both the monitoring and the developed integrations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SAP services and integrations to ensure optimal performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze requirements for continuous service improvement
• Provide technical support for SAP services, including incident resolution and system maintenance
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to enhance overall efficiency
• Implement monitoring tools and develop reports to track key performance indicators
• Work closely with external vendors for escalated support and issue resolution
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices to optimize our systems continually

Requirement profile

• Proven experience in SAP services monitoring and support

• Solid understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform

• Proficiency in using monitoring tools and implementing proactive measures

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams
• Passion for technology and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of service reliability

Starting date: 03.2024

Working hours: full-time 40 hours per week
