Our Tech team are responsible for providing the digital infrastructure and services at the heart of our pan-European operations. As IT Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead several teams in our IT Technology Enablement domain, setting the mission, vision and strategies needed to maximise success of both the business and our Tech function.

Your responsibilities

• Introduce innovative operational capabilities that enhance our overall tech offering and ultimately enhance productivity across the organisation
• Drive the adoption of, and ongoing commitment towards, service improvements through a pragmatic approach to continuous improvement
• Guide our IT Security teams to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, data and identities
• Oversee the central Incident Management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents
• Manage the Change & Release Management processes to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of changes to the IT landscape
• Oversee our Legacy Operations team responsible for the maintenance and operation of business critical services

What you bring

• A genuine passion for and interest in enterprise-scale IT systems, you are always learning and understanding the latest trends and their applications in this ever evolving sector
• In depth understanding of IT infrastructure and services, coupled with proven leadership in this area
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve larger scale IT issues and implement solutions at scale
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a bonus
