Machine Learning Software Engineer (m/f/d) – MLOps

Your essential tasks and responsibilities

• Collaborate in the software development team for image-based characterization methods of solar cells (Computer Vision)
• Continuously improve the application by developing, optimizing, and testing new and existing (micro)services
• Develop AI-based solutions to meet our customer requirements
• Support application engineers and customers on model optimization
• Further develop the infrastructure and automation for rapid deployment, analysis, and continuous monitoring of machine learning models (MLOps)
• Optimize our data pipelines and data selection for data labeling

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in computer science,a related field or an equivalent qualification
• Excellent programming skills in Python
• Knowledge in Data Science, implementation and evaluation of Machine Learning models, and experience in Computer Vision (TensorFlow, Keras)
• Experience with Data Engineering and databases (SQL, Elasticsearch) or container virtualization (Docker) and good Linux knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of additional high-level programming languages (JavaScript) is advantageous
• High interest in modern software solutions and working in a solution-oriented and agile team
• Teamwork, reliability and high quality standards
• Good communication skills in English, German preferable
