Internship | Adaptive AUTOSAR Testing and Verification

Vector is a leading provider of Basic Software (BSW) for Electronic Control Units (ECUs) in the automotive industry, following the AUTOSAR standard. AUTOSAR is a global initiative that aims to standardize the software architecture and interfaces of ECUs, enabling more interoperability, modularity and innovation.

Adaptive AUTOSAR is a new paradigm that offers more flexibility and functionality than Classic AUTOSAR, but also poses new challenges for testing and verification. Adaptive AUTOSAR can run on different platforms, such as qEmu, VM or HW, and support different operating systems, such as QNX or Linux. Customers rely on Vector's expertise and guidance to set up effective testing strategies and infrastructure.

The vacancy can also be filled as a working student position.

Your Profile:

• You study computer science, electrical engineering or a similar discipline
• Good programming skills in C++ 11/14
• Experienced in Linux and Embedded Systems
• Ideally you are familiar with Git
• Good German and English language skills

Your Tasks:

• Learn about Adaptive AUTOSAR and Vector's MICROSAR Adaptive
• Experience the Vector Culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation
• Work in an agile team with a lot of experts
• Create a test setup that can be used to verify the performance, runtime, test scenarios, and timing of Adaptive. You can use Vector tools with capabilities of analyzing and debugging to create this setup.
• Use the Setup to verify our Adaptive BSW and present metrics with an analysis
